Dr. Indera Syahrul Mat Radzuan currently served as the Director at Malaysian Real Estate Institute (MyREI) based in UTHM. He started his academic career as Lecturer in 2004. He is a practicing social scientist and educator, and a Board Member of the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) Malaysia from 2020 to present. He obtained his Ph.D. in urban planning from the University of Malaya in 2016. During his PhD candidacy, he was attached to Waseda University and the University of Seoul as an Exchange Researcher and was awarded the Japan Foundation’s Japanese Studies Fellowship Programme to extend his research on conservation policies within historic villages in Japan and South Korea. Previously, he graduated with a Master of Science in Housing and Bachelor of Social Science (Hons.) majoring in Development Planning and Management and minoring in Economics from the Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in Penang. He has written several academic articles in reputable journals namely the Journal of Tourism & Cultural Change, Journal of Cultural Heritage Management & Sustainable Development, Journal of Heritage Management and Planning Malaysia. In 2025, he leads the consultation project by Think City Sdn Bhd entitled ‘Visitors Survey for Memorial Tun Abdul Razak' in Kuala Lumpur.

Dr. Sabariah Eni has served as a Lecturer at, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia for 21 years. She is currently attached to Department of Real Estate Management where urban regeneration; property valuation and land economics is her area of teaching expertise.  Prior to joining UTHM, she attached to the private companies specialising in property valuation namely Raine Horne International, Zaki and Partners and C H Williams Talhar & Wong (WTW). Graduated from Institut Teknologi Mara (ITM) with Diploma in Estate Management and thence, Degree in Estate Management. Pursuing her postgraduate studies at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and University of Ulster, Belfast, UK; all in the field of urban regeneration studies. She is actively involved in Malaysian Real Estate Institute, MyREI and recently appointed as Head of Department for MyREI. Her research interest and professional attachment are focusing on property valuation expertise, urban regeneration and land economics studies. Dr. Sabariah has been the head of researcher for FRGS grants from Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, as well as NAPREC under the Ministry of Finance. Formally she was the student advisor for Realtors Club in UTHM - successfully bringing the industry-academia related activities beneficial for real estate students in UTHM. She is actively involved with RISM, INSPEN and BOVAEP.
